This Privacy Policy explains how RSP Beverage Distribution Services ("BR Essentials", "we", "us") collects and uses your information when you visit this website or message our Facebook Page, BR Essential and Skin Essential, including through our automated Messenger assistant.

Information we collect

• Messages you send to our Facebook Page and your Messenger ID
• Order details you give us: name, contact number, delivery address, country, products and quantity, and payment method
• Photos or files you send us, such as proof of payment

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and process, deliver and follow up on your orders
• To send reorder reminders and follow-up messages about your inquiry
• To respond to reseller inquiries

Our Messenger assistant uses automated replies, including AI-generated responses, to answer common questions. A team member may also reply to you personally.

How we store and share your information

Your order details are stored in a private spreadsheet that only our team can access. We share your name, contact number and address only with our delivery partners (J&T Express, LBC or DHL) to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your rights and data deletion

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. To request deletion, send us a message on Messenger or email reynaldopadua85@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete your information within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
